After-Action Analysis Platform
Aiglos is after-action analysis software for armed forces.
One platform to replay exercises and operations, find what
worked and what didn't, and extract patterns from data.

The Problem
After every exercise, data is scattered across a dozen vendor-specific systems, each recording its own slice of what happened, in its own format, with no awareness of the others. The full sequence of events across all participants and domains is dispersed. The big picture exists nowhere.
So soldiers spend days or weeks pulling exports, writing scripts, and stitching spreadsheets together, trying to manually reconstruct what no single system recorded. The analysis itself, the part that actually matters, gets squeezed into whatever time is left. And the results go into a presentation that's briefed once and never revisited. TTPs evolve by anecdote, not evidence.
Purpose-built software exists for the real-time domain: situational awareness, command and control, decision support. Those are well-tooled. But no one has built properly for what comes after: the analysis, the learning, the institutional memory that should compound over time.
The side that adapts faster has the advantage.
Adaptation requires learning. Learning requires data you can actually use.
Full operational reconstruction across every source
Your data never leaves your network.
Built for the air gap, not adapted to it.
From the company commander to the joint headquarters
Analysis that survives personnel rotation.
One application. Every domain.
Start with one unit. Not one ministry.
Get in Touch
Aiglos is built in Finland by soldiers who lived the problem. European data sovereignty, no transatlantic dependencies, and software designed for the constraints of classified environments. If this matters to your organization, we should talk.
